Bug
When "No Color" is selected for the fill and outline colors and is changed to a color using the Chart Symbology Renderer, the charts fail to reappear.

Click the Size button in the Symbology tab and toggle the check box off and on for "Appearance Compensation (Flannery)". Click OK. Then click Apply > OK. The symbols should reappear with the colors specified.Steps to Reproduce
