When navigating to a specific map service layer item from the ArcGIS Hub site's search, https://open-data-marysville.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/Marysville::storm-system-lines/about, the error message, "PageNotFound" is returned.

Additional Information
This issue is caused by invalid NaN (Not a Number) summary statistics on certain fields returned by the service. A check is added in ArcGIS Hub to ensure those fields are not prevent a page from rendering. Do note, ArcGIS Hub is not able to render a histogram with any invalid values and therefore users will be able to see the filter but applying the filter will not work. Users are recommended to update the values on the server to ensure they do not contain NaNs.Steps to Reproduce
