When multiple Filter widgets are configured for one layer in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, it will return the error, “The specified field has no values."

Workaround
- Reconfigure the second Filter widget with the same configuration done earlier, and the issue is resolved for time being.
- The error is encountered again after a while when using the Filter widgets.
