The annotations can be manually changed to the proper color.The steps are shown below:1. Start ArcMap.2. Highlight the “theEdgesAnno”.3. Start the Editor.4. Select the edit tool (the black arrow)5. Right-click on the annotation.6. Select the annotation Tab in the Attributes window.7. Change the annotation to the correct color.8. Close the Attributes window.9. Save your edits (Editor ==> Save Edits).10. Stop the Editor (Editor ==> Stop Editing).Steps to Reproduce
