Additional Information

In order to display attribute expressions created under Options in the Pop-ups pane in the pop-up itself, the attribute expression must be included in the fields list or pulled into a text element within the pop-up.

Workaround

Add the attribute expression through the Configure Pop-up pane in ArcGIS Map Viewer Classic.
