Bug
When migrating storage from ST_GEOMETRY to SDO_GEOMETRY using the geoprocessing tool Migrate Storage or ArcPy, the process fails with the error "Execute: ERROR 000955: Error encountered migrating the database storage of<Value>."

Tool will migrate to Esri spatial type from SDELOB or SDEBINARY only.Workaround
