When map tips are enabled, the Hyperlink tool's cursor no longer turns black when hovering over a hyperlinked feature.

Workaround
By default this should not be too much of an issue because ArcMap shows which features have hyperlinks by using a blue symbol (specified in the Customize > ArcMap Options dialog box). But if it is turned off, then when map tips are on for a layer it can be hard to tell which of the layer's features has a hyperlink.Steps to Reproduce
