When making the exportTiles operation call for an ArcGIS for Server cached service in a custom projection to download for offline use, Collector for Android specifies the exportExtent parameter with invalid syntax passing WKT rather than a raw extent.

Side load the TPK file for the full region onto the device. Or, re-cache with a non-custom projection.Steps to Reproduce
