When making the exportTiles operation call for an ArcGIS for Server cached service in a custom projection to download for offline use, Collector for iOS specifies the exportExtent parameter with invalid syntax passing WKT rather than a raw extent.

ENH-000088976 was submitted for ArcGIS for Server to support Well Known Text (WKT) when performing an ExportTiles operation.Workaround
Do not use a custom projection. For REST parameter, specfy the valid syntax for the extent. Side load the TPK onto the mobile device.Steps to Reproduce
