When logging into Business Analyst Online (BAO) or Community Analyst (CA) ArcGIS Online Trials, the following error occurs, “an error occurred while executing bundle 'com.esri.loc.account': Unable to sign in to persistence service”.

The issue is no longer reproducible and may have been resolved in a product update.Workaround
1. Log in with an administrator account to ArcGIS Online. 2. Click My Organization, and Edit Settings. 3. Click Security tab, and uncheck the SSL checkbox.Steps to Reproduce
