When logged into two ArcGIS Online accounts in the same browser, the user is unable to download a notebook in both accounts at the same time, and the error message: "[notebook server id] is not accessible for user [username]" is returned.

Workaround

  • Open one account in the normal Google Chrome browser and another account in the Google Chrome incognito mode.
  • Alternately, open one account in Google Chrome and the other account in a different browser client, for example Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
