When loading an image to Military Analyst Raster Catalog, Military Analyst (MA) re-calculatea statistics for all tiles instead of only the newly loaded tile(s).

Workaround
MA raster catalog reads GP environment settings.So, one workaround is to turn off calculating statistics, load all the images, and build statistics after all images are loaded.Steps to Reproduce
