Bug
When layer views are published with a field that has a domain and a subtype applied to it, ArcGIS Field Maps (Android) returns the following error message, "Domain Already Exists" and ArcGIS Field Maps (iOS) returns the following error message, "Layer Failed to Load".

Additional Information
This is a data configuration issue and is not addressed in ArcGIS Field Maps. In ArcGIS Pro 2.9.1, a warning message is returned for such configurations (where a subtype is added to a field that already has a domain). This warning prevents configurations that result in the error message returned in ArcGIS Field Maps. Refer to BUG-000139767 for more information.Workaround
- Delete the view layer.
- In ArcGIS Pro, remove the subtype, remove the initially applied domain, and reapply the subtype.
- Republish or overwrite the hosted feature layer.
- Recreate the view layer again.
