Bug
When inviting a user to an ArcGIS Online Organization based on a pre-established login, the automaticaly generated user name is a combination of the email address and the Organization URL. If the Organization URL contains a special character, the user name will also contain the character and the invitation will not be sent.

Change the hyphen (-) to underscore (_) or modify the user name to remove special characters.Steps to Reproduce
