When integrating ArcGIS Workforce with ArcGIS Field Maps, for assignments that are missing an ID, <null> is passed to ArcGIS Field Maps through the URL Template, causing the submissions to fail from ArcGIS Field Maps with an error: Geodatabase value is null.

Workaround

Make sure all assignments have been assigned an ID, or manually replace <null> with an ID in the Work Order ID field in ArcGIS Field Maps.
