Workaround
Windows 7 includes Powershell 2.0. This works with the SQL Server Express installation. However, our installer is looking specifically for Powershell 1.0. You can ignore the warning message, since you have a sufficient release of Powershell for SQL Server Express to work. ** Note: you may also have to enable scripting within Powershell for the Workgroup ArcSDE.
