When installing Portal 10.3.1 on RHEL 7.1, authorization fails using the Command Line Interface (CLI) and the Graphical User Interface (GUI) for software authorization wizard does not open.

Additional Information

RHEL 7 update 1 is not supported at 10.3.1. Refer to the following link for more information, http://serverdev.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/install/linux/arcgis-for-server-system-requirements.htm.

Workaround

Install libpng12 with 'yum install libpng12-1.2.50-6.el7.x86_64.'
