When installing only the ArcReader feature using the ArcGIS Desktop setup, it causes the following error: "Error 1904: Module c:\Program Files\ArcGIS\bin\GpTinFunctions.dll failed to register".

Workaround

Install ArcReader using the setup from the standalone ArcReader 9.2 version instead of using the ArcGIS Desktop setup.
