Bug
When installing ArcGIS Web Adaptor, the first instance (e.g., server) installs successfully, but installing a second instance (e.g., portal) fails because the installer only offers to modify or remove the first instance instead of creating a new one in Windows 11 25H2.

Workaround
Using another OS (Windows Server) with OS 11.3 ArcGIS Web Adaptor solves the issue, but no workaround is known for Windows 11 with 11.4 or 11.5 ArcGIS Web Adaptor.
