When installing ArcGIS Pro following the Install ArcGIS Pro silently documentation, one of the parameters' recommended values is not being recognized by the Registry Editor in Windows since it is all capitalized. The correct way to enter this value is as, 'Viewer' instead of, 'VIEWER'.

Workaround

Change the values of the SOFTWARE_CLASS parameter to 'Viewer', instead of 'VIEWER', in the command line to install ArcGIS Pro silently as intended.
