Bug
When individual feature layers are removed from a map service layer, the Table of Contents in a web map and the web map is used as the basis of a Web AppBuilder application, and the removed layers appear in the Layer List widget.

Workaround
Add the URL service for the layer rather than the whole service. However, this loses the style. Only the layer is shown and not all unwanted layers in the service in Web AppBuilder.Steps to Reproduce
