Bug
When indexing a folder in the Index/Search Options this error is returned: “The type initializer for ‘Lucene.Net.Store.FSDirectory’ threw an exception.” Also, the Search Window will not find any results.

Workaround
Upon testing in ArcGIS 10.1 was able to reproduce this error and also have Search on clip keyword return no results. For Search functionality to work in ArcGIS 10.1, FIPSAlgorithmPolicy located in the registry must be disabled. If it is enabled, the Search Functionality does not work. Testing in 10.2 works whether FIPSAlgorithmPolicy is enabled or diabled in the registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa)Steps to Reproduce
