Bug
When including the BBox spatial operator with an XML based filter to a GetFeature request submitted to a Web Feature Service (WFS) hosted on ArcGIS for Server, it requires the filter to contain the PropertyName element, although the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) standard regarding filter encoding specifies that the PropertyName element is optional.
