When including a signature field in a relevancy controlled group within a repeat in Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS, the first signature entered is not displayed in the Outbox (drafts).

Workaround
- In Windows: There is no workaround for this error in Windows.
- In iOS and Android: Removing the relevancy statement from the group that the houses repeat ends up displaying the first signature in the outbox.
