When importing/upgrading FGDC CSDGM (Federal Geographic Data Committee Content Standard for Digital Geospatial Metadata) metadata to the ArcGIS metadata format, FGDC distribution technical prerequisites and online transfer access instructions are not imported to ArcGIS metadata.
