When implementing a Server Object Interceptor (SOI) for a feature service, the ServerUtilities.getServerUserInfo() method returns empty values but works as expected for a map service.

The team is not able to consistently reproduce this issue in the test environments. However, the differences in how certain services handle authentication or request context may contribute to this behavior. Next steps if this issue is encountered: -Ensure the service is secured and the request is authenticated. -Check if the SOI is correctly registered with the map service.
