When going through the authorization process in the ArcGIS License Server Administrator, the customer is no longer given the option to select extensions to evaluate.

For Concurrent Use licenses, customers need to contact ESRI Customer Service to get evaluations.Workaround
Contact Customer Service to obtain a trial license for the extension that the customer would like to evaluate. Then proceed through the authorization process using the trial license for the extension to be evaluated.Steps to Reproduce
