Bug
When geometry data crosses the 180th Meridian in a web map and it is added to a web app, viewed at a small screen size, and the pop-up expanded, the screen pans to the same latitude as the feature, but on the Prime Meridian.

Workaround
Trim the data so it does not cross the 180th Meridian.
