When filling in the questions, the Canadian iOS device displays the 24-hour time system although the displayed response is in the 12-hour time system.

Additional Information
The field app uses the form locale, in this case, English is the form locale here. However, the device is set to Canada, and iOS uses a 24-hours time format for Canadian locale. That is the reason why the form shows AM PM(Form locale-English) but the time picker shows 24 hours (iOS locale-Canada). This behavior is by designed for the field app on an iOS device.Steps to Reproduce
