Bug
When fields with contingent values are not included the form in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer the form can be saved; however, features cannot be created or edited in Map Viewer but still can be created or edited in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app.

Workaround
- Add the fields with contingent values back to the view layer list of fields as well as in the Smart Form.
- Add or update features in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app rather than in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.
