Workaround

1. Create a blank feature class in the new geodatabase.2. Import the Spatial reference from the fabric geodatabase (or set it manually).3. Import the schema of the fabric.4. Bring this new feature class into ArcMap.5. Start editing the new geodatabase and set the target to the new feature class we just created.6. Select more parcels with the Cadastral Selection Tool.7. Go to Edit menu > Copy and Edit menu > Paste to move the parcels to the new FC.8. Save and Stop editing.9. Open the attribute table and delete any field.
