When exporting a feature class that has attachments into a new geodatabase, the attachment table and relationship class are carried over along with the desired feature class.

This is expected behavior. To not include attachments, disable the 'maintains attachments' environment variable: http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/tools/environments/maintain-attachments.htmWorkaround
1. Export the desired feature class as a shapefile and then export the shapefile into the new geodatabase location(OR)2. Run a conversion tool, such as Feature Class to Feature Class. Once the tool is done running, run the Disable Attachments tool on the new feature class.
