Bug
When enabling a Maritime Chart Service on ArcGIS Server Manager, the following error is returned: "Service failed to start servicename.MapServer: serverhost Service containing process crashed for 'servicename.MapServer'.Please see if an error report was generated in 'C:\arcgisserver\logs\serverhost\errorreports'. To send an error report to Esri, compose an e-mail to ArcGISErrorReport@esri.com and attach the error report file."
