This issue is addressed in the 20 March 2024 release of ArcGIS StoryMaps.Workaround
- Embed the ArcGIS Insights workbook in ArcGIS Experience Builder.
- Embed the experience in ArcGIS StoryMaps. The workbook is now displayed correctly.
