When embedding an ArcGIS Experience Builder application in ArcGIS Enterprise in an ArcGIS Experience application in ArcGIS Online, the data does not honor the language settings: comma still represents thousands, and dot still represents decimals

Workaround
When embedding the application in ArcGIS Online Experience Builder, add the following parameter to the embedded URL:
&locale=es-es_
This will force the browser to pull the desired language settings in the ArcGIS Online app.
