ArcGIS StoryMaps uses a third-party service to optimize the appearance of embedded content. Genially, the type of content referenced in this issue is a registered content source with this service. Registered sources broadcast sizing information via the embed optimization service so ArcGIS StoryMaps can size the content in the way the content provider recommends. Embed sizing options are not available for content from a registered provider because the optimal sizing information coming from the optimization service is used.Steps to Reproduce
