Bug
When editing the ArcGIS Server services with unsupported HTML entities in ArcGIS Online and Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, certain edits appear to save correctly even though the "400 error: Invalid untrusted Html content detected in field" error message is returned in the network traffic, and no clear warning is given to the user.
