Description

**This issue has been resolved in ArcGIS (Desktop, Engine, Server) 9.3.1 Service Pack 2.**

Running ArcGIS Desktop 9.3 or 9.3.1 in a multiuser server environment (for example, Citrix) can result in unexpected behavior. ArcGIS Desktop may inaccurately estimate the amount of available memory on the server which determines the number of concurrent users that can be supported. This may result in the following:

▪ "Invalid Geometry" errors when creating or modifying features in an edit session.

▪ Empty data frames in layout view and callout text boxes disappearing.

Cause

This is a known issue.
