When editing arcpy.da.UpdateCursor on branch versioned services, the results does not reflect successfully upon table refresh.

Additional Information
The attribute table refresh just queries the same moment again. However, the refresh version button (from the versioning tab on the ribbon or on the data source in the Contents pane) moves the moment forward allowing the currently open application to see the new edits.Steps to Reproduce
