When editing a related table in ArcMap and then adding a new related attribute table, the new attribute added is not automatically selected.

Additional Information

This is an expected behavior, the new attribute must be selected. It will otherwise change all the related records for that specific feature.

Workaround

1. Select the record. 2. Update the attribute information.
