Not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.2 beta.Workaround
1. Create a mosaic dataset.2. Add a raster to the dataset.3. Calculate the statistics on the raster.4. Enable Dynamic Range Adjustment.5. The pixel values are returned as expected.Steps to Reproduce
