When downloading raster open data using ArcGIS Hub sites in Mozilla Firefox, a PNG image is downloaded no matter which download formats are selected.

Workaround

  1. Enable export to all formats to allow downloading of the raster file in a geodatabase.
  2. Use additional resource links as the item details to get full access to the image.
