Bug
When downloading maps for offline use in Collector for ArcGIS (Android) version 18.0.3, an error message is returned: "The map 'map name' failed to download with the message: Handshake failed." This occurs only with secured feature services that were previously hosted in ArcGIS Server, but then added to ArcGIS Online as a service with stored credentials. The web map with the service successfully downloads in previous versions of Collector for ArcGIS and in iOS devices.

With the changes implemented in Collector for ArcGIS on Android 18.0.3, ensure the web server(s) hosting ArcGIS Server supports Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.1 or higher.Workaround
Ensure the web server(s) hosting the ArcGIS Web Adaptor for portal and ArcGIS Server supports TLS 1.1 or higher.
