When downloading a feature layer that references an ArcGIS Enterprise service in a public-facing ArcGIS Enterprise from ArcGIS Hub, the local projected coordinate system of the resulting feature class changes from NAD 1983 HARN Wisconsin CRS Dane (US Feet) to NAD83_HARN_WISCRS_Dane_ftUS.
