When displaying a published Web Map Service (WMS) with the point geometry in ArcGIS Pro, the symbols are cut off at the edges of the extent.

Features near the boundary appear cut off depending on the symbology. A workaround is to modify the feature class extent to add a buffer around features close to the boundary.
