Bug
When direct connecting to a pre-10.1 database, ArcGIS should not create a spatial index with grid(0,0,0) while creating a new feature class using ST_GEOMETRY. Otherwise, editing on this new feature class in ArcGIS10.1 could fail with an ORA-01476 error.
