Bug
When deleting an ArcGIS Server folder, it is deleted from ArcGIS Server Manager and ArcGIS Server REST API but not the ArcGIS Server directories.

Additional Information
As noted in the steps to reproduce this issue, later versions of ArcGIS Enterprise do not show this error. Since ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 is no longer supported, this will not be addressed in the reported version. Contact Esri Technical Support if further issues persist in supported versions of the software.Workaround
Manually delete the folder from the ArcGIS Server directories.
