Bug
When defining a time interval on time-enabled data and using the Repeat option in the Time Slider, the last time step does not honor the time interval, but instead simply flickers and goes back to step 1.

When you set that playback occurs over a specified duration it is possible and very likely that steps will not be completely drawn.Workaround
1. Create a dummy feature class with another time step.2. Append that feature class to the Time-enabled feature class. 3. Set up the time slider to acknowledge these fields.Steps to Reproduce
