Bug
When creating multiple relates between the same two features in ArcGIS Pro, the related table for a specified relate in the attribute table cannot be opened. Only the data from the first relate is shown and accessible.

Add the same layer to the map multiple times and change the layer's name in the table of contents for each relationship that needs to be made. ArcGIS Pro recognizes two separate tables, and each relate can be opened independently from the Related Tables menu option.
