This issue is not reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Dashboards. Contact Esri Support Services if the issue persists.Workaround
- Create the dashboard from the item details page of the web map.
- Create the dashboard using ArcGIS Dashboards Classic.
